A round part can start on our Mazak lathe, get its milled features on a Haas and finish in grinding without leaving the building. One shop, one purchase order, one person to call.
CNC milling
3 and 4-axis machining plus 3+2 five-axis work for complex geometry, from a first prototype to a small run.
Travel to 64 × 32 × 30 in. Tables to 4,000 lb.
Grinding and honing
ID, OD, surface, wet surface and jig grinding, plus honing for precision bores.
OD to Ø12 × 36 in. Honing to Ø2 in.

We've made precision parts here since 1984. Most of our work goes into automotive production equipment, along with medical, cleaning products and other specialty applications.
One piece is a real order
Prototypes and short runs are our core work, not a favor. The shop is set up for high-mix jobs and frequent changeovers.

Turning, milling, grinding and honing all happen in-house, so your part stays with one shop from the first operation to finished size.
Your prints stay private
We use your drawings only to quote and make your part, and we never name our customers. We're also certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
Materials we machine: aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, low and high-carbon steel, stainless, tool steel and plastics.
How a job works
Send the drawing
Part number and revision, material, quantity and the date you need it.
We review it
We look at material, workholding and process, and ask if anything on the print needs a closer look.
You get a quote
A clear price and lead time. If the part isn't a fit for our equipment, we'll tell you plainly.
We make it and check it
Your part is machined here and checked against your print before it ships.
